Voter Card is very important to choose any political person, in any rural or town area.

If you live in village then you see in your village a leader person called "sarpanch".

Sarpanch is choosen by village people, and only vote registered person can vote for those person.

For purpose of delete any vote you need documents (Form8a) related to your reason of deletions.
If person is died then you need death certificate, or go to other place then your related form.
